GK Statues are crafted from high-quality resin and offer remarkable detail and finesse. However, the material is delicate and requires careful handling. To ensure your peace of mind: 

• At the moment, we only offer store pick-up.
• We offer an exchange for major, irreparable damages (an unboxing video is required). 
• We'll strive to coordinate replacement parts with the studio for minor damages. In some cases, you might need to fix the statue with glue. A bit of hands-on ability will be required.
